Hello Hello.  I come to you with a numb mouth and expired Vicodin high.  I had a root canal today and I’m not in the mood to chit chat.  Instead I will share with you some of my fave reads from fellow bloggers this past week.  Enjoy.

Jess at Blonde Ponytail is a fitness instructor and sharing free workouts on her blog.  Check out this weeks Summer Shape Up Plan.  By the way, she became a Mom this week to a beautiful baby girl.

Jill at Fitness Health and Happiness shared 10 Plant Based Grilling Recipes.  I can’t wait to get the hubs cooking for me when I can chew again.

Molly Galbraith shared the truth and I admire her blog posts regarding the hardships of getting fit and being a fit girl.  Make sure you read parts 1 and 2.
